Get to Know Me

A South Florida resident for over 35 years who has owned and operated a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, David Gunther has the expertise and empathy derived from these experiences to represent today’s buyers and sellers effectively. David’s successes have earned him recognition as a consistent top producer and his previous brokerage’s highest award.
 
David came from humble beginnings, but he inherited the best qualities of his dedicated, hardworking parents, namely, his father’s creativity and his mother’s articulate and empathetic nature. Fresh out of high school, David spent 10 years as a retail manager for 50-plus employees before launching a high-end custom service business. As its owner, operator, and artist, he served an affluent clientele for 17 years. During this period, David began investing in new construction and income-producing properties and bought his own home. When he earned his agent’s license in 2013, it represented 15 years of real estate experience — including multi-family and commercial properties and land — and complemented his impressive entrepreneurial and managerial background.
 
With David’s strong commercial real estate and business knowledge, he specializes in affluent commercial buyers and sellers along with luxury residential clients and second homebuyers. Exceptionalism, professionalism, and creativity not commonly found in this business are David’s hallmark services. The more unique or complex a transaction, the more value he brings to it, including outside-the-box thinking that helps him initiate the best contract and successfully close it.
 
David is a father to two grown boys, enjoys fitness, and is a car and motorcycle enthusiast. He served for years in security at his church and has supported numerous nonprofits in various capacities, including Compassion Child. Beyond that, David loves art and the local scenes of Delray Beach and Boca Raton.
